'Little Black Dress'-How Important Is It?-The Sequel

Question:

Would you guys say the Little Black Dress is timeless? almost iconic?

Answers:

"The elegant but simple black dress does not go out of style...ever...have her gussy up as much as possible as you don't have these type of events in your life everyday and women love to dress to the hilt...black and silver go very good...I like it better than black and gold...silver shoes...silver and diamond jewlery and wear her hair up...don't over do the make-up as that looks tacky on anyone...it's fake and it looks fake...I hope she has a great time and I'm jealous lol..."

"The little black dress always helps you feel sexier and more attractive. Even when you are not looking for some one it is always ice to get looked at and the black dress does that most of the time"

Question:

I don't want her looking too goood!!!The image that comes to my mind when I think of 'The Little Black Dress' is that of Audrey Hepburn in a Black Dress-

Answers:

"First rule of thumb: Don't outdress the host/hostess! Keep your outfit, hair and jewelry simple. Black is considered the most formal. So, if this is a formal affair, go with black, but you could have a white accent like a simple sash belt in white, or a small fabric, unnoticable flower on the black dress, or a white handbag. I personally always stuck to everything black, because what I attended was always very formal and always business. Keep you jewelry to a simple gold chain with maybe a black onyx necklace, matching simple earrings and maybe a matching ring. If this is for work, be careful to wear acceptable work attire here, also. How you look and act will determine where you go on the corporate ladder. For further tips, view the movie "Pretty Woman" and see how she prepared! Good luck."

"Max ..laughing, am sure she will look good though. As for image signal long groan about pretty woman, as yes, seen that several times, not sure, when I see the image of the black dress, I honestly just see something tailored, showing off curves in the right place, classy, not a too deep plunging neckline [need boobies to say in dress - lol] also, halterneck type black dress, sleeveless - dont know, its just classic/classy and you can't go wrong with it...Has she decided, or had any ideas herself yet Max? [yes, wish her good luck from me too]cracking up at Wayne, thats what you get for being nosey - and sorry, nope, no survival guide , you'll just have to put up with us ..hehe"
